I must say that over the years this is a book that I am constantly going back to. It seems as though the information is always relevant and as I learn I find the book has different meaning for me. I have also referred many teachers to the book as much of the information they are searching for is right here.
Chapter 2 is my favorite chapter: “What will I do to help students effrectively interact with new knowledge?” Lesson designed is explained in-depth and applicable to any age. Earlier this school year, I planned a staff PD using these steps of lesson design.
Book condition: written in, highlighted, sticky notes, bent pages. A well used handbook.
